I got a notification saying I was out of storage, so I deleted Facebook and Twitter along with some other stuff. I went back to download Facebook and Twitter, but Facebook wouldn't download. My apps wouldn't update either. I hard reset my phone, signed out of the App Store, and checked all my current settings and everything seems fine. But I still can't download or update apps. If I click on 'update', the circle comes up and spins a few times then it goes back to saying 'update'. I don't know what else to do.
